It seems that this is a FS9 plane.
It's not in FSX native format, just FSX-compatible.
 
Here is the "Real Deal" flying over my place in Long Beach; about two weeks ago.

I have FSX with Acceleration, having said that, I tried this zep and when it lands the tire screech will echo constantly till you take off again then it will stop. The cockpit lights will blink off and on as well. I wish I could work out the "BUGS". I tried to email the author and he responded, (I think) in German. I tried to use other then his stock sounds and for the most part they sounded much better however the same problems occur with tire echo screech. Sometimes, if I land ever so lightly, no tire screech noise therefore no echo. Still have the blinking cockpit lights. :isadizzy:
