Nice. Though, I'm curious what's "new" about it.

Downloading to see. I'm thinking it's just been re-uploaded for some reason
 
It's not new, it's the one that is available for many moons now.
Some little kid just reuploaded it to Flightsim
Extract from the readme:

I can take no credit for anything included. The entire work is attributed to the neoqb development team. I uploaded it for the convenience of the community.

The links in the license agreement are old and broken, so I have no contact information the neoqb development team.
