This set is very Effects heavy
** Mission Briefing**
French: (1)Your airbase is under HEAVY Attack,(Ms 406) Get the German Ju 87 Dive bombers and escape..
(2)Your airbase is under HEAVY Attack, Get OUT.. Escape in your Leo 451 bomber..
(3)Your airbase is under HEAVY Attack,(D 520) Get the German Ju 87 Dive bombers and escape..
You Must taxi to the runway, when possible and engage the enemy and or Escape..
On the German side Bf 109
1) You Must: Get the Leo 451 Bombers..
2) You must: Attack the French Fighters( Ms406-D520)..

There is a Heavy Attack on the base where you are.. lots of things happening at once..
These Missions because of the Effects set up will be
Hard on some computers FPS..
BuT well worth the slow down.. those with Older machines may encounter..
I recommend, turning down the Terrains and scenery and Clouds sliders on Older machines..
To keep the FPS up..
I have been changing the focus on these missions to be "adverturesome"
in their play..

In these missions because of the random actions in the set up, sometimes you Win and sometimes you Lose..
The take off is the hard part..
Getting up safely, without being hit is a challange..
And each Time you fly these it changes as to what happens..
Putting in radom factors makes a big difference from Flight to Flight..
 
I've just tried the German side missions - very good, with lots going on all around! I had to drop my sliders to 1 for everything but aircraft and effects, though...
 
Yes there is a price to pay on having loaded up on effects, the FPS on older machines does suffer..
I have a machine that allows for some heavy Missions, Loaded up ..
But not all have this Blessing..
So I don't often do these missions..
I have to keep a balance, between what is possible to run for the
many..And for those with high end machines..
I really like missions full of scenery, and effects, but not all can run these..

The PTO Guadalcanal missions use this effects set up also, but to a smaller degree..
So more can use them without a FPS hit..
