New(ish) scenery from Flight Ontario

SOH-CM-2022
Hi,
I don't remember seeing this announced (apologies if I am late to the party) but Flight Ontario recently released a brand new land class for the whole of Ontario using hi-res FSX textures. I just tried it and it is pretty spectacular.

They have also released an FSX specific version of CYRO Rockliffe (home of the Canadian Aviation Museum) that is amazing and goes well with their LC.

The only strange thing is that they ship some AI traffic with CYRO (and include some FS2004 ai cessnas & pipers) however the aircraft don't show up. They are there because I can see a black shadow as they taxi. I replaced the aircraft with native FSX models and they worked fine. I tried other non native AI and they didn't display. I tried the Flight Ontario birds on another airport and they show up there. I made the ai cessna flyable by adding a panel & sound and it worked fine at Rockliffe.
All I can conclude is that for some reason this scenery doesn't allow non FSX native AI to display. Slightly bizarre but livable.

If you are interested it can be found at http://flightontario.com/index.htm

AI issue expanding

Hi,
Whatever is causing the ai issue at CYRO has a fairly wide impact ring. I haven't had a chance to get an exact boundary but with CYRO active I can't see the ai traffic (I know it is there because I can see the shadows) at Ottawa International Airport but I can see it at Toronto Pearson. So there is a geographic boundary to the effect.

Then you definitely want to get the new landclass files. They have completely redone the textures and it looks even better.
