Actually it's in Manchuria across the Yalu River.

Antung one of the main bases for the Mig-15.

Oh, Talon: In your first pic, inside the circular area on the left, enclosed by the the taxiways is the refueling point. Pull up in there near the red "pump" and come to a stop to refuel your planes.
