I tried the next three downloads listed below it and they all downloaded fine.

Try cleaning out your cookies and logging in again. What browser(s) are you using?

I'm using Firefox 18.0.1 I also downloaded it with no problems using Internet Explorer 9

I'm using Chrome. Clearing the cache and re-logging in did not do the trick. As I say, that appears to be the only download that gives me the error message.

I was able to get it by switching the page to Internet Explorer so I'm fine at this point.

Yeah, clearing the cookies had no effect. Explorer worked for me too so I'm all set.
