That's the handwriting if Luigi Pascale who's his first twin airplane was the Partenavia P68 Victor that first flew in 1970. Partenavia was founded by the Pascale brothers and later (after it had been taken over by Alenia and went bankrupt) became Vulcanair. Luigi and his brother then founded Tecnam in 1986. All their projects still have a P for Pascale and the year of the project start in their designation. The P2012 was Luigi Pascale's last project before he died in 2017, aged 93.
