While not very fancy, it does make this a viable bird to fly. I'd recommend jacking up the pixel size in the panel.cfg [Vcockpitxx] sections to:
pixel_size=1024,1024
Makes for a more crisp gauge presentation.
I also messed with the lights, smoke and effects a bit.

she's good to go.
Oh yeah, if you have any add-on skins, be sure to add the texture.cfg file(from any original folder) to the additional livery texture folders or it will look pretty crapppy in the VC view.
