Hmmm...tried the files in FSX but this renders the compass unadjustable, mpni.
The original version works perfectly in FSX, so not sure what could be happening in P3D V4.

I make a test on FSX whit the original version.
Have a look on the video in the AVRO 646 with FSX.
I make a left turn.
So the heading must decrease.
But it is not and compass heading increase.
When the aircraft is heading 270°, compas is at 090°.

The needle actually turns in the correct direction. It is a p.8 grid compass.
A little tutorial on the p.8

The problem is that the upload didn't include a community updated compass where the compass tick marks can be rotated to give heading.
It is in this post #54 to download
