Hello friends
who does use NL2000 in FS2004?
I installed NL2000 v2.9 onto my flightsim.
AS I was disapointed about I desinstalled it following the indicated procedures.
But now I have altitude problems with my installed airports (which also happened with NL 2000 installed)
Now the questions:
Since I had installed and desinstalled this add on all my Windows XP restore points have disapeared
Is there away to make them acceble anymore?
Is there a way to restore the original terrain altitudes of FS2004?
Is the version3 of NL2000better?
Is there a possibility to install it other than downloading all the disks from the site?
Would be glad about any help
Best regards
Michael

Hi Michael,

1): I have no idea, you should ask a PC-guru or nerd
2): also no idea, I suppose a fresh install of FS9 is the best and then put in all the "old" stuff without NL2000
3): V3 is better, V4 is great, V4.3 is more great and V5 is super, but not for FS9, but for FSX
4): I have downloaded all the stuff for every version and then had it packed in one map: NL2000v.... and in that map 2 separate maps: scenery & texture (28,5 GB) and had that map in my Addon Scenery map. In my scenery settings it's the 1st (above all other scenery)

Hope this helps,

Erik

Hi Erik, at first thank you for your answer,
but I have an other first question to you: did you receive my version 3 of the T 5 panel?
It is a due to CD's Schiphol scenery and than the Fokker T 5 that I became interested again about NL sceneries.
Now back to this topic,
I thought that only NL2000 V3 is usuable for FS2004 But if I understand you well V4, as 4.3 will be possible for FS2004 Also?
Best regards
Michael

Hi Michael, yes, I have v3 of the T.5, but didn't had the time to install, for I must have the T.5 for FS9 somewhere, but where?

And yes, NL2000v4 and v4.3 work in MY FS9's.

Cheers,

Erik.

Hi Erik,
allright I send you the plane this evening (I hope) as I have to add the weapon effects.
I posted the question in the forum / to add or not to add weapon effects. It seems that there
is an interest about this, So I have to work this out - grrr needs also some more gauges to add in the panel again.
If the files for NL2000V4 (Scenery and textures) are not too big would it be possible to send them to me)
