Hulu just posted "No Highway In The Sky" with Jimmy Stewart ... (Sorry cheezy)

"An aeronautical engineer predicts that a new type of airplane will fail after a certain amount of time in the air, and then he finds himself onboard one of the doomed planes while headed to a crash site." Great cast from both sides of "the pond".

Released 3 years prior to the de Havilland Comet crashes. :kilroy:

Right now, 'free movie' is better for me. :icon_lol: (Okay you have to sit through the occasional 30 second commercial)

Another great novel from Neville Shute (Norway)
--who was an aeronautical engineer-- Shute worked as Chief Calculator (stress engineer) on the R100 Airship project for the subsidiary Airship Guarantee Company. In 1929, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Engineer of the R100 project under Sir Barnes Wallis.
