• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

He probably wants to live in his own little world, untouched by Nintendo, Playstation, Apple, or Linux too.

Putting his hands over his eyes doesn't make them go away though! :173go1:

:amen: Same ol ditto here too. I don't even have a cell phone...... The Warden keeps it in her purse.

Helldiver is a man of wisdom. Good move! :d

I don't have either. But for a person so rich as Mr G. I think it's a little bit that he can't buy an "i" just because he did make it.... That's a small person! My $.02.

David

I'm getting a kick out of these replies because this post was done with my iPod touch. In my home even! :applause:

Yeah To each his own but I happen to own both the Touch and the iPhone and love em.I spend more time here at the outhouse using my iPhone than my power hungry, Bill Gates windows crashing PC.

Me, I hate the technology that we've had the last 15 years. Personally, if I met the guy who invented cell phones, I'd blacken both his eyes and then shake his had. I'd shake his hand in thanks that I finally got to put his lights out for a lousy invention that's hurting people

a lousy invention that's hurting people

Ok I'll bite.... How you figure?

Are you talking about the 100's of people that die every year because they do something stupid while talking on the cell phone? If so, IMO that's Darwinism in action. The only tragedy there is the innocents that happen to be affected by their inattention.

If thats the case then you must balance that argument by the tens of thousands that receive rapid, life saving aide because someone with a cell phone is able to call for assistance immediately.

Considering the average bill for the dang things are over $300/2mo period, that's one, then there's the fact that there are so many idiots that can't function without them screwed to the side of their heads. Accidents waiting for places to happen,
