Not possible to update my VRS-Superbug?

I bought the F/A -18 Superbug and still have the original installer on my HD. After a longer Time off of FSX i just
wanted to reinstall this Airplane. After the Installation the ACM told me to update my Superbug so i downloaded the new Update, but then it tolds me that my
Installer is to old to be updated and i have to get the actual Installer. Ok, fine. Went to the Website and there is the new Installer.
Available for 5 Bucks! Seriously, wtf? Why is my Installer not able to be updated and why did i have to pay again to get this Aircraft in
a current state? Maybe i missed something but im a bit disappointed and will stick now with my install. I just don´t understand why it is handled
that way.

If you need help with the Superbug in any way, you should post in the VRS forums. They are very quick to respond and have provided excellent customer service. I've heard that they have waived the fee before depending on the situation. You should give them a chance.

You must have purchased from Flight Sim Pilot Shop.....
I found out the hard way also after one year you need to spend $5 to reactivate the link! That is why they will not get another $$ out of my wallet...

Most all other shops provide unlimited downloads or key reactivation with just an email
