Notifications by email problem

I am not getting notifications by instant email when someone replies to my threads. How and where can I check what email address I fave entered in this forum (I may have given my old one). I tried clicking on My Profile and did find an email-related link.

At the top go to Settings than look on the left side for Edit Email & Password.
