That was the first start up after being out in the barn for a while. But, that ol' Twin Beech always had that junkyard fresh look. Probably since a lot of the parts aren't original to it.Don't see much oil around those radials Willy, that would concern me. Might not have any.
I got it a little over a year ago and it wasn't the latest and greatest rig then. But my 7 yr old gaming rig was had a dying motherboard and for what I would have spent upgrading the mb and other needed bits, I just bought this new rig. Those framerates are something that us MSFS users can only dream of. Mind sharing the specs of your rig?

For P3D 4.5, that is a more than decent rig @Willy !I got it a little over a year ago and it wasn't the latest and greatest rig then. But my 7 yr old gaming rig was had a dying motherboard and for what I would have spent upgrading the mb and other needed bits, I just bought this new rig.
MSI Codex R2
Intel Core i7-14700F 2.1GHz processor
32GB DDR5-5600Hz RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti GPU 8GB DDR
2TB M.2 NVMe Gen3 SSD
ARGB Fan Air Cooling
New Install P3Dv4.5 (first time P3D user) and I'm still experimenting with the settings, but right now they're turned most of the way up except I've got all AI traffic at 100%
That screenshot was at my local county airport (KTGC). Just a small country place that I use for homebase. And it's pretty light on the frames.

IMHO, the only thing that you could use to improve the sim is the ORBX global stuff, clouds and some choice scenery.
Enjoy a 64 bit sim that offers far better performance than 32 bit FSX!! It's been years since I played P3D, but I still remember the joy of leaving the 32 bit sims behind. No more out of memory errors, no more blurries (with the right tweaking) and just smooth performance.
Cheers,
Jan
