O/T ZIP FILE UTILITY

This is off topic here, but I need a file zip utility(freeware). There are several available, but does anyone have/recommend one that is EASY, and would be able to compress/zip files for me?

:salute:I was looking at that one. I had remembered that there was one that had been recommended but couldn't be sure of its' name.
 
Winrar is the one I use....free, works like a charm...though after so many days it says that you have to pay to use it...I have never paid and it still works like a charm...all you have to do is close the box telling you that the trial period is over and that you need to send money.

Hmmm . . .

I like the one that comes packaged with Windows7, it works better and faster than Winzip and is easier to use. Of course you have to buy Windows 7 to get it :pop4:
