Does anyone have this? Would like to know if it has road traffic and boats traffic.

I have it and there are cars on the road around Honalulu. I have so many boats around now I am not sure where they came from. 
There is some freeware out there to add to the package, also.

PS. There is additional freeware photo scenery for the other islands and some additional payware also. I believe the only island I have that is not photsenery now is the Big Island, but I have my eyes open
