Object and scenery issues USS Essex 2020

The bunker is a inf_large-pillbox on Truck Moen airfield and the runway is MR Philippines runway. Both are in the USS Essex 2020 install. I had double runways originally on Eten and Param in the Truk lagoon but installed GavinC's stock runways and then removed them from the particular airfield. Not sure how the bunkers on the appeared on runways now. They were not on the Moen mission originally before I installed Gavin's runways, now they are.:dizzy:
I discovered the Tacloban issue by just doing some free flight.
I could use some suggestions. I am not sure were to start.
I try very hard to follow each set of installs instructions--add this , remove that , etc. I know I have made an error somewhere and I have gone over each set of instructions from the downloads required several times.
As you can see, scenery installs eat my lunch.:banghead:

The bunkers appear to be GSL scenery. Check to see that you only have one gsl with that airbase. If you have two, remove the older of the two.
If you have your computer set up to show "details" in your file manager view, you will see the date a file was made/changed.
Also, check to see that you only have one layout file for that airbase.
One other possibility is that you have a two sceneries of that airbase active.
In SceneDB run a search with "Moen" and see that you only have one bgl file using any form of Moen.

Thanks for the tips. I will look more in detail tomorrow. I am so afraid of messing with the .bgl files that I may screw things up worse. I have removed a Moen 2 and associated AFD in the afldfiles and .bgl and A16n files in runways. this includes Moen, Param and Eten all which have the misplaced bunkers. I am assuming the "2" number is the Gavinc replacement but not sure.
 
Highpockets, I think because you installed Gavin Cs stock airfield replacements after you had installed the Carolines scnery (including Truk). So you will have installed Gavins stock gsl & this has over-written my Carolines gsl in the Truk Lagoon area. The simple fix should be to install my Carolines gsl again, it will overwrite Gavin Cs gsl where appropriate.

Am I to go into the GSL and remove your Carolina GSL and then add add back in? Should I remove GavinC's cfs2.bgl and put the original back in? I backed it up.
 
Highpockets. Leave Gavin Cs gsl loaded. Just uninstall, then reinstall Truk.gsl from my Carolines package.

Gavin Cs default gsl overwrites the gsl for ALL of the stock airbases, so I would make this the first scenery you install after making a fresh install. If you then save that install, you should be good to go for whatever PTO addon sceneries you need to add from there.
