Odd start screen

I'm running a 22" widescreen monitor. When CFS2 starts it's loading screen, and menus does not stretch to fill the monitor but stays in a window like format with black spaces at the side. Anyone else have this issue?


Another odd ball thing.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit and I noticed when I hit "Q" to quiet the sound, my frame rate drops to 8fps! It didn't do that on XP or 98SE.

I run a flat screen 20" and initially had that problem. I found the answer in my video card control panel. Don't know if this helps or not, but have you looked at your video card setup?
