• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I would like to say thanks to Bearcat for all the help he has given me on a recent project. My computer skills are very limited; my brother calls me a “stupid end user.” Unfortunately, that’s pretty accurate. When I need help with something for CFS2, someone here at the OH is always willing to help. Most recently that person was Bearcat; but many have unselfishly given their time and effort to help me. There are too many to list. That’s why I love this community so much. That’s why I donate to the bandwidth drive and buy donationware planes. I feel compelled to say that I truly appreciate Ickie and his team for keeping the site going. And I wanted to say thank you to all the developers for sharing their work and keeping this sim moving forward.

Well put msfossey. I could not agree with you more. How many other flight sims have this longevity also? I have a few that are used for coffee cup coasters.
