I've just found this one and it does wonders for the sim. Can be found here in the archive. Not sure how I missed this before. Make backup's of your original if you don't like these you can put them back. I didn't care for the reflection of mountains when flying over water.....this takes care of that.

As I recall, it's a set of replacement global environment textures, which are the reflection you see in chrome and highly-polished plane parts. Bob did some experiments to try and improve them. Unless I'm remembering incorrectly, he did several versions, too.
