OFF Phase 2 Problems

Latest drivers on the NVidia?

What is H: a network drive or something, or USB etc?
Have you tried to a different drive.

Yes latest drivers
H: is my game Drive and i keeped the original names. Just the drive is different.
 
Well the problem isnt trying to make it start. The problem is where im unable to see the workshop button at all. Please refer to the pics i posted.

I did look at the pictures and that's why I suggested you look at shell.bat. Your first picture shows an error message which includes the text, "Error setting up system paths or creating bat file."

Again, try installing to your C: or D: drive. I'm guessing OFF doesn't like your H: drive for some reason.
