EDIT: when disengaging 'Otto' just prior to short final - comp 'froze' visual for me for about 5-7 seconds - found myself unrecoverable close to the ground when control and viz came back - dang Vista / new comp and stupid Gnoopster - I'm so sorry shipmates ...
