OK....now...Show your Wheels..

It just so happens I have a shot of one of my vehicles... my Ford Ranger. Here it is at Plum Island. Funny, no one ever noticed the truck with Oregon plates all the way on the other side of the continent. ;)

Bill, did you create your truck in Oregon and then drive it all the way to the East Coast? (in FS) or did you put it in a large plane and take it there (in FS), or did you cheat and just dial in the MDL coordinates and have it appear there?

:d

Cube AIM, 26" MTB, can´t upload a picture....
I like things simple, could use my fathers car anytime if I´d fuel it up, but usually this one is enough, just about 8 miles to work, it is kind of more relaxing to go by bike.

Here's a link to a photo on Flickr that someone took of my usual wheels, about half a mile from my old flat... (apartment to the Yanks)

Someone will now get very baffled by the fact that random people are viewing his Flickr page - mine gets about one view a year when I send someone a link. ;)

Cradley Heath, not heard that place in a while, bloomin' Black Country, shouldn't say it like that my aunts and uncles all live over that way... will get a pic of my Wheels for y'all later on, well when i say my wheels, i mean what i'm driving atm, not got a car myself, damn financial chaos :isadizzy:

My wife has a car, I have three extremely nice bicycles....

Nice ride Huub!! I have a nice carbon fiber Trek (Lance Armstrong model) that's a rocket ship. Also a Schwinn early season beater/muddie bike. I love two wheels, I'd rather ride than drive any day!

Here's my beast. Supercharged Grand Prix GTP good for about 280hp and 330lb-ft, which is quite a bit for a FWD automatic tranny. These cars have low resale value, so this was the way to get the most bang for my buck, otherwise I'd be driving something with a V8 and 5-speed. All that's needed with these is to slap on a smaller supercharger pully, open up the intake and exhaust a bit, a few other things, and then lay down rubber for 100ft. :icon_lol:

Nice bike Huub, I have two road bikes and rarely ride either, I just feel safer and love my Cannondale Mountain Bike's ride and feel so much. I run road tires, not knobbies, and the lower gearing is better on my old knees than the high gears on my road bikes. We've had beautiful weather lately, but currently I am strapped with a late Spring cold. I'll still ride today as long as no fever is inviolved, helps clear the sinuses.

But I have never been pretenious about automobiles, plain, simple, cheap transportation is all I have ever required and all anyone ever needs.

Ergo, I drive a Honda Fit.

Here's a threefer, my car, my house, and my chocolate lab Holly.

My current "Prima Donnas":

The wife´s black 500 is great for cruising and for the looks of it!
My 100HP is great for smiles per miles and smoking AUDIs!:engel016:

Hey Mud what a coincidence My cycling mate rides a TREK Madone as well. We normally make poor jokes about each others bikes. I refer to his bike as 'that plastic thing you are riding', and we have an endless series of poor jokes, like 'don't put it in front of the oven because the plastic will melt' etc. He calls my bike a recycled beer-can and I guess you can imagine the jokes he makes.......

I have a steel GIOS as well, which I ride in the winter or rough rides in Belgium (cobble stones!). Normally this one gets associated with plumbing work or rust when it rains :icon_lol:.

Cheers,
Huub

Slow, smelly, unreliable and badly driven.
But beggars can't be choosers and it's either this or :running:
