Wow, bet the CG on that one is interesting. Looks like if you took the prop off for maintenance you'd have to put a support under the tail to keep it from tipping back, lol.
 
That is a seriously scarey looking plane. Kinda like a PC-9 that got washed and then dried on the hot setting..
 
i saw THAT plane and about 7 others have a "race" at the EAA fly in at the yuba county airport two years ago,they are FAST,and really cooll in the air...and tiny to stand next to..talked to the owner on one ( not one of the race planes,he was snotty,but talked..said it was very fast,bt stable..wasnt twitcy,,,

i thought those were the same plane type..theyre not..the one in the middle has retractable gear....
