OLD SMOKIE

Banned
Picture is ALPHASIM B-24 Liberator on takeoff from KNQA (Millington TN)
Notice the smoke trail above the plane. Kinda of reminds me of LOST and the
"old smokie" monstor (LOST fans know what I am talking about. But seriously folks
anyone know how to fix the smoke trail above this airplane? It goes away with a decrease
in throttle (speed). Thanks in advance

Two of the smoke coordinates in FSX in the air.cfg - can never remember which ones - are reversed from those in FS9. Think it is the second and third set. Trial and error (and swearing a bit) usually resolves this for me . .

Yes you need to change the [Smokesystem] co-ordinates, I think you swap the middle and last co-ordintes and they should return to normal!

If you have the Fs9 version I think you should be able to download the FsX one free?

To be honest Roger mate, I have the FSX one and I still get this smoke problem, think it was made on an earlier version of FSx and not Accel or Sp2.

I swapped Smoke 2 and 3 values around and it seems to work a lot better. Expat may of been on to something.
