I’m in the process of moving back to my hometown, while packing things together in boxes, I just found those old manuals of CFS1 and CFS2 (German edition) and a box of “Combat aces”

Wow! Nostalgia. Makes you think of how far the hobby has come. I still have my old FS4 stuff around somewhere.

I bought a used copy of CFS2 on ebay back in 2005, for 15€.
Thinking about how much fun I had with the sim over the past 21 years, and still have, that must have been the best-spent 15€ in my whole life!

I still have my paper CFS2 manual. Dog-eared and worn.

Out of all of the games I have ever played and bought, the ROI for me on CFS2 is just nuts! That’s taking in to account all of the payware and donationware that I have had to add to it over the years.

Those truly are some treasures you have there Wolfi! I keep my copy of the CFS2 manual on one of my living room end tables along with a spiral bound copy of Cody Coyote's Mission Builder's Handbook. I also have a hardly used set of CFS2 disks in my storage.
