At 06:18 on October 4,1943 the aircraft of USS Ranger attacked a German convoy heades for Bodo Norway.At 07:08 Avengers attacked Bodo Harbor.Most enemy ships were damaged or sunk.The Germans were taken by surprise so there was no air opposition but planes were lost to heavy flak.

Al,

I just finished flying these two new missions with the special weather you requested and they are really good. Arriving over the German ships at altitude with the heavy clouds then popping the dive brakes and making that long, steep dive down thru the flak and tracers is a real experience. Man can that SBD ever dive, what an angle. If these missons including the carrier landing at the end do not get their heart pumping then we need to check their pulse.:wave:

Guys, these are only two of the missions that Al is doing for you.
