This patch contains important adjustments to allow for compatibility with the ORBX KORS, delivers new seaplane bases and autogen performance enhancements, and fixes a number of issues posted by users. Note that this patch is cumulative, meaning it includes all of the PNW SP1/SP2 content as well.
Enhancements and New Content in SP3:
* 37 new seaplane bases in British Columbia and one new seaplane base in Washington State (see list below); all have start locations, docks, and suitable other objects based on real-world information
* enhancements to object placements and surrounding terrain at several existing airfields
* autogen optimization for several urban classes and the Seattle photoreal area, an extended version of what was posted for Beta testing in the public Beta forum
* extensive landscape enhancements for Orcas Island, including new LIDAR terrain mesh, to facilitate integration with the ORBX KORS project
* updated Google Earth airport and landmarks file to reflect new content: "FTX PNW Coverage and Features Map.kmz" in "\ORBX\User Documents"
Edits and Bug Fixes in SP3:
* fixed water spike at N51°31.63' W126°42.44'
* fixed green or purple corner dots in grass and mudflat ground textures noted by various users
* fixed brown ski hill summer textures
