Osprey Question

Is it the correct version of The Osprey? The RCB gauge readme refers to V1.2 of the payware Alphasim Osprey.

To be completely honest with you, I have no idea, I can't find or remember were to find that info. I got this plane so long ago I can't remember.

I think it's ver 1.0, I think. Not sure.:kilroy:

Ok, well, Rob mentions in the readme that it probably won't work in the earlier version, I think partly because the cfg files that he includes are taken directly from the ver2 Osprey, so if that's not what you have, then the cfg files you're using don't really pertain to your version of the V-22 and consequently, that may be the reason your gauges are not showing. The gauge numbers and their sequence in the cfg file may be different and they may have changed some of the files from the earlier version as well.

Dag Nammit, Oh well.:isadizzy:

Appriciate all the effort, Cheers:ernae:

OK, in the read-me for the add-on(rcbhca20) says to move all panel related objects into the main V-22 panel folder........
I'm completely lost here.
My README doesn't say anything like that. Please read again.
It says: "Extract the contents of this zipfile to your root FS9 folder, using the option "use folder name". Overwrite files when asked."

Now, if you are a legitimate owner of the Alphasim V22, and you are unsure of the version you have: if you haven't actively downloaded V1.2, you are still at V1.0.
You can check this as follows:
In the folder ....Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\ALPHA V-22 Osprey\, open the file Readme.txt.
The first line should say:
"
INSTALLATION GUIDE - Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey for FS2004 - v1.2
"
If it doesn't, download the FREE upgrade to V1.2 using your original Alphasim order info.
And if you don't have that anymore, EMail Alphasim support for it.

And only after that, install my rcbhca20.zip addon.

Now, still assuming you are a legitimate owner of this product and you are seriously seeking help: I offered my help for free, to solve your problem, asking you to contact me via Email; why don't you ????:ques::ques:
Since I can't think of any reason why ... (not jumping to conclusions. ...Yet...)
And I can assure you your system spec's have nothing to do with your problem.

Rob

PS:
To Ed W.: in case you didn't know: I have "ported" my latest BA609 VTOL updates ( the ones you betatested) also to the V22.
If you're interrested, drop me an Email.
