Nothing news breaking but I just wanted to share that I have been smoke free for a year and 3 days.
I picked up that little habit when I was in SOI in the Marine Corps and smoked for about 17 years. Then a couple of days after my 35th birthday I decided that was enough.
I quit with the "assistance" of the the pill Chantix (Champix across the pond in Europe). It worked great. So good as a matter of fact that I only took it 3 weeks instead of the recommended 3 months.
Still enjoy the occasional cigar but I haven't touched a cigarette. :woot:
