OT: Air France A330 Missing

230 people are feared to be dead after an Air France A330 disappeared partway through a flight from Rio to Paris.

The aircraft made its last radio contact at 0133 GMT (2233 Brazilian time) when it was 565km (360m) off Brazil's north-eastern coast.

The current theory is that it was possibly brought down by lightning.

I won't comment on the trajedy, but I was thinking about this today....


Wouldn't it be great if the there was a program that would download realtime imagery to project in FS? With as many millions of users as either FS9 or FSX has we would be able to launch into the area of question and help in the Search mode. Think about Steve Fosset, etc....


Was just a thought....
