OT: "Kermie Cam" Grumman Duck & Wildcat

Thanks Tim, for sharing the links to the videos of the S-39. I've always liked the Sikorsky breed, all of them. It's surprisingly quiet inside the cockpit wasn't it. Overall the S-39 seemed a very sound and solid airframe. Very unique, all of the Sikorsky's. With a look of their own. NICE aircraft for the era!

Always looking forward to the next 'Kermie Cam'! Though I was growing a bit impatient in the days between the second and then the third parts being shown. : )

Some great planning went into the grounds of 'Fantasy of Flight' - a runway big enough and sturdy enough to handle aircraft as big as a B-29, but made of grass on the surface to support the operation of the oldest aircraft, and with a lake and seaplane ramp to support seaplane operations with aircraft as large as the Sunderland. I can't wait to eventually see the Howard Hughes S-42 restored and flying around there.
