OT Red Arrows accident in Crete during practice session

This was in the local news last evening over here. Apparently two planes came in contact. One crashed and the other made a successful forced landing. Luckily the pilot of the first one ejected in time. More here:

First year a woman has ever flown in the Reds and the first crash ever as far as I know! Not being sexest just saying its a bit of a co-incidence, maybe one of the male pilots got distracted looking at her jet pipe lol!

Not their first crash ever, by quite a distance - but I suppose that's to be expected considering the number of years they've been going. And yes - if you search google for Red Arrows Crash, there are already a number of comments and "spoof" websites linking the crash with the fact that they now have a female pilot!

The Daily Mail (scum of the British newspapers) showed a picture of the pilot, bloodied, in a neck brace and on a stretcher. What a pile of .......
