OT...Scanguard

Has anyone here at the Outhouse tried a program called "Scanguard?" It is a free program that came up on my MSN Homepage. I downloaded it but, have not installed it yet.

I am always suspicious of "FREE" stuff from the net.

It seems to be yet another AV program (see here).

Probably not worth it if you already have AV from one of the established providers.

I'm running Windows 10 on 2 SFF Dell desktops that I bought on Ebay and I like this FREE software.
I believe it was mentioned by someone on sim-outhouse.

And I bought my desktops with Windows 10 already installed -- no upgrades by me. Just installed
this software, along with Firefox, 7-zip, Phoxo, Flashback Express Recorder and Wise Care 365 (All Free).

So far, no problemo.
