Since that looked to be a tree stand, I'm assuming the videographer was a hunter. Must not have been bear season.

In Vt, deer and bear season runs at the same time so in this area, Yogi wouldda' been a rug in pretty short order.

The annoying part of shooting a bear out of season (presuming it is a legal shooting in defense), is that the state keeps the hide and sells it later. The same is true of road kill.
