It's already been answered in the Newshawks thread - Signatures are only given to those who donate to the SoH funds...
So iff you can't find a signature setting, you obviously haven't donated...

The Short answer is Bots and Spammers will use the Signiture portion of a thread to place the URL of an image that contains a virus and or malware.
To prevent this from happening at SOH they have turned off signitures for members who have not donated.
The reason is Bots and Spammers do not ever donate and will never donate.
Its all part of security.
So if you want your signiture...

Putting a sig into the text of your message is easy. I am not sure that will stop the spammers and infecters. It merel means they will set up accounts and do what I did a few posts up.
The sig block is merely a "window" in the forum software that lets a user do automatically what he can do manually.

I have to plug my free paints somehow, don't I - no one pays my sixty pounds a year registration and hosting - and hopefully bug free hosting at that. Until I hear otherwise.
So... I still have around 15 or 16 hours left until the dateline finally wipes this date off the calendars, so... "Another brandy sour please barman!"

i'm sorry. i wish i could donate, but every month its a game of poker between myself and the electric company, and i already mostly go without food so donations and goodies have to take a back seat till jftc is rich and famous or social security stops paying the congressmen all that money i put in and giving me more of a human like existance..
