OZx G21A Goose paint question

Ok.
Here is the problem.....
I am trying to do a repaint for the OZx Grumman G21A Goose.
When I put the plane into a DDS format, the whole T- file is black......
Does anyone know how to fix this.....

I've done quite a few goose paints, but never seen this.

so: how do you put it in dds format? What paint program are you using? Are you using dxtbmp for the dds conversion?
 
No.
I have Photoshop, and use NVidia to convert to DDS......
I'll give dxtbmp a try and see if that solves the problem.....
If not I will PM you for help....

High time Orbx Goose flyer here - and would be keen to see your repaints posted here when finished.

The image you posted looks like the bump map, bumps (height maps) work very differently to the 'paint' maps, or you may not have 'flattened' the file before generating the DDS.

I had flattened and flipped the canvas, that was the result.....I did it as a BMP, and everything shows like it should....
Go figure when everything else is DDS....:untroubled:
