P-51 for late war PTO?

There are a ton of P-51s' on this site.Which one would you guys suggest? P-51D bubble top for 1945 ops, escorting B-29's primarily.

I don't think there where any P-51 B/C and if a few did find there way to the PTO prob none doing escorts of B-29s so a D/K would be the only choice.

Yes I know of P-51 B/C in the CBI theater...

Morton did a skin pack for the Alphasim P-51D that included at least one PTO skin. His skins are always outstanding, so if you like the Alphasim Mustang it might be worth looking at:
