One of the interesting little coincidental things about this that I found while making the repaint...The aircraft's name of course was inspired by the movie, "Tall in the Saddle", which came out in 1944. Ella Raines was the star of that movie, opposite John Wayne. Ella Raines, after the war, married famed P-51 pilot/leader/ace Robin Olds. (Their daughter, Christina Olds, wrote a well known book about her dad's military service and has given talks about her dad's military exploits at airshows and military events in recent years.)

The full "Hangar 11 Collection" assembled at Compton-Abbas airfield (the P-40 and Hurricane are currently for sale through Platinum Fighter Sales, and a Russian Mk.IX Spitfire is currently under restoration to fly).
