Hi all

New here but have been flight siming for a long time.
Got a few questions ..... I had a HD failure about 2 years ago and LOST ALL
my repaints, planes, freeware and pay ware , everything. So now I' am trying
to get back in to it.

I had a Cessna 150L [freeware] that was really nice, can not remember who
made it. Would anyone know if it still can be had and where ? And there was a guy who
did a lot of repaints and would like to get them. His name was YANKEE, are his repaints
still available and where. ?

I have gotten some port overs from FS2004 for FSX, BUT they DO NOT show up right
in the game display screen, NO color, just BLANK of the model. The read me says that
they will Work in FSX ... no joy ! They were models by Milton Shap [for give me if I got his name wrong]

I have the WOP pack bombers and jets and P-47, P-51 for FS2004 [FS9]. What do I need to do to
get these to work in FSX? Really want to get these in FSX.

And what planes [Props] would recommend [freeware] and where can I get the Jenny, De Havilland 88,
Ford Tri-Motor, Vickers Vimy, Piper Cub that will work in FSX ?

Sorry for all the questions, but need to know

Thanks in advance
BFT

EDIT;
The planes by Milton I have problems with are the Commander, Beechcraft D18,
I tried to install the planes from WOP, but says it can not find FS204 and I do not have it installed. I trued to fool it but .... no joy.

Here's your Cessna 150L, listed under the FSX/P3D button: http://frenchvfr.free.fr/download.php?lng=en

for some reason I can not get it. I had to reenter my user name and pass word and kept getting a error for the download to
work. I changed my pass word once but no joy, will have to go back and try an figure this out.

Thanks again

You don't need to register. Click on the download link. In the popup window, the username is "micro", and the password is "simulation".

Man do I feel like a DAAAHHHHH ! Got it and Thanks man.
Oh, is there any repaints out there for this ..... point me .

I remember him from quite some years ago and I believe he was unwell then. A library search for YANKEE brings up a number of his repaints from Fs2004.

Yes, Yankee was an older gentleman with some significant medical problems and a capable, enthusiastic and cooperative painter.

He and I worked on a couple of FS2004 projects together and he was a pleasure to work with.
