P3 Orion rolls away on it's own

How can one adjust the power on the Orion? There doesn't seem to be an idle speed, it will roll away with the throttles at zero . Sometimes with the park brake on as well.

Also starting the engines with ctrl E doesn't always work. Sometimes the first one starts but the other three don't. Any ideas?

I don't have this model in FSX but I do in FS9, and backing off the prop pitch helps to slow the plane down.. at least for the taxi run to the ramp or for take-off. Funny tho, both the FSX and the FS9 versions have that same issue.
