P3D 2.4 freezes, can anyone translate this error message?

C3PO was not available!
After a few trouble free days 2.4 now freezes a few seconds after take-off. Everything seems to load OK and ground handling, taxiing etc is OK. The only thing I can think of that's changed is that I installed FTX Orbx Pacific Northwest 1.0 which did not work (water would not display) so I then removed it from the P3D scenery library.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bob, all the Orbx Regions have updated Installers that take them into the current P3D_V2.4. Did you use that one or an earlier version? Only thing I could think of is that if it was an earlier version of the installer it might be adding a dll that's no longer compatible.
 
Ahhh...good point Ed. I didn't know about the updated installer, where can I get that ?

Of course, that may not be the prob since I have now removed the Orbx scenery from the library, but it's a good starting point, maybe there are still old installation files lurking in the shadows.

Another funny thing is that P3D loads up OK and runs well up to the point where the wheels leave the ground and then freezes. Maybe there is a scenery load at that point ?

Bob, go to your FSS account and go to your Download files section and you will find the updated version with the triple installer there. just re-download.
