From a development standpoint, aircraft & gauges, does the "professional" license give you more then the "academic".

If this turns up in a google search a modification is needed.
If you are selling your addons then you should get one of the other options. The academic license prohibits this though the wording is a little slippery !
Lawyers eh ? Why cant there be a page with something like
" want to develop free addons for P3d ? " use this...
" Want to develop paid addons for p3d ? " use this.
But oh no it is wrapped up in subclauses etc.
It's why AH uses a FEULA instead of an EULA. Anyway ... selling addons probably should stump up for the developer license. My take
