Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

PacSim KRDU Released

According to their FB page, buy one, get the other free. The interior looks nice, but I would never spend time in there. And since I was just there last weekend, I wonder if they modeled the observation deck.

I'll probably get it for MSFS 2024 and just use the add-on for MSFS 2020 that I already have, no where near that work. Pity that they do not offer both simulators for the same price like ORBX and AH does.

Tom said it’s buy one, get the other free.

Too rich a price for an airport I wouldn’t fly into that often. If it ever hits a good sale I’d be interested.

From their announcement on FB:
Capts, Raleigh-Durham (KRDU) for FS2020 and FS2024 is now released at the PacSim Store. Grab your preferred sim version. Note that you can purchase one or the other, then get the other version free using the original download link to request it. It's BUY one get the other FREE!

And I got confirmation that the observation deck is modeled - it's on the right side of this shot:
