PAPR Scenery Problem

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

FSX default PAPR Prospect Creek Airport scenery has three gate or parking positions for small or medium planes but the problem with that FSX default PAPR scenery is that those three parking spots are in middle of trees instead of at correct big apron that the default scenery has.

Can anybody please be kind enough to issue special file to fix that problem, please?? There are many SOH members here who makes amazing custom made airport sceneries and I am hoping one of them would take a simple, painless, and trouble free task to fix the location of parking spots of that PAPR Prospect Creek airport scenery, please??

I do not know why PAPR scenery is the only one in FSX that has wrong parking spots in trees when all other default sceneries have no problem. WEIRD

Thank you for any consideration any of you airport scenery developers might have for my simple request

Regards,

Aharon

papr.zip in the AVSIM Library. I also highly recommend a program called "lumberjack". I got mine in the flightsim.com library. It removes trees from runways, taxiways and probably parking areas.

Here is my default PAPR:

I took a look at the default airport ADE file and it is messed up. The main field is fine but the tower view, the windsocks and the parking spots are misplaced. The spots aren't even connected to the ramp taxi lines. . .odd.

unzip the file I supplied and place that bgl file in the "Addon Scenery\scenery folder", then restart the sim and see if that fixed the problem

Much better. Still in the same GA parking spot and no longer on the grass. Taxiways go to the runway! :applause:

Falcon409,

Thank you so much for your kindness in fixing that problem and for sending me the fix file. I am glad to hear that I am not the only person who has this kind of problem that Mr Zippy was experiencing too when his plane was on grass instead of on apron.

I have confession for you. When I was making this post requesting for help, I was hoping it would be you who would come forward and offer assistance. Knew that you would jump on this and help me.

Once again, thanks for your kindness fixing the PAPR problem.

Regards,

Aharon
