Watching and fighting! Bravo, boss! I watched "Tora, Tora, Tora" a couple of days ago. I thought I was having a flashback or something! :salute::salute::ernae:

Excellent! My family lived on Oahu when Tora Tora Tora was filmed. I was just a little tike, but my mother tells the story of being out in the backyard and seeing a bunch of zeroes flying over the house! Ca. What, 1970?

More sights to see!

Check out Talon's Pearl Harbor Missions - they are a masterfully done, and much-needed addition to our CFS2 World! They are well-researched and immersive. They simply kick a$$! Along with Crashaz's PHP2 scenery, they are an essential part of any CFS2 install as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks Ghostrider,

Too bad not many people responded to this thread so I sent them to a select few that did. They are mostly regulars that showed interest.

Essential

Essential is right, Ghostrider.....I agree with you on this. With this kind of scenery, things seem to really come alive!

Watching it play out from the flightdeck was like actually being there...absolutely thrilling! Great screenies too, guys! Frustrating, though.......I actually took off from the carrier to have a look around, couldn't stand watching it and doing nothing any more!

Wonderful!

Wow! This looks great. Many thanks Talon. As the observer are you able to vary your position?
Another method is to start the mission and go into chase view. Switch to different aircraft and watch the fireworks as they make their attacks!

Wow alpha_1, you and I posted at the same time about the same thing!

Talon,

FRs in the 20 to 30s. Everything looks wonderful. Just out of curiosity, would you mind telling what CPU you're running your missions with? Please forgive me if you've already done so and I've missed it.

I just use what would be considered a mid range computer-256mb video card 2 gb RAM,windows XP.

Well, I finally got away from the shipyard, and checked it out. Awesome as always, quality work and a lot of time and talent invested! Crash did a great job on the ships! :salute:Check your email Talon, maybe another view?
