Personal rides.

....why they never did the bubbletop as well, I don't know.....

I'm more amazed that no one else has stepped in to fill the void after all this time. Truck loads of Mustangs and Corsairs by other vendors, but no bubble top P-47.....

Jankees, is that scenery in your picture of the Duck freeware or payware? It looks absolutely gorgeous.

A Compromise.

Not wishing to post something totally non-aircraft related! (Ooh! shame on you DaveB!:biggrin-new:) I've made a compromise, hee, hee!
Something of mine from ETS2.

I hesitate to post this alongside some of the beauties that have come up so far (especially the bikes!), but this is what I've been flying, a second iteration of the CMC Leopard, it gets better as I learn more about modeling in 3DSMax and experiment with different tools.

Bikes? My first was a '60 Royal Enfield Super Meteor when I was stationed in Scotland. A couple of Triumph Bonnevilles after that and my last was a '73 Triumph Trident which is the one I miss the most. Never did own a bike with the shifter on the left, anything else just seems perverted somehow.
Back on topic. Just an updated pic of my work in progress Gee Bee. This is the most recent screenshot, but there's been numerous changes since it was taken. Still red & black though.

Some days just turn out the wrong way! Razorback or Bubble Top, I usually end up like this at some point!!!!!!

FTR, the Benelli was one of the 'Insurance Write Offs' that we bought for very little money.
Once it was up and running I liked it so much that I sort of claimed it.
Since that shot was taken I've added a nice stainless exhaust system and a few extra go-faster tweaks.
Loudest bike I've owned!
Jankees, I'm hurt by your description of Duke riders, I fit my 996SS very comfortably with standard issue limbs.
Nice Triumph Dave, must find a shot of my modern day 'Cafe Racer' with Trident power....... :triumphant:

That's a familiar sight.. the Razorback and smoke:biggrin-new:

The 955i was probably the loudest bike I've had. It was fitted with a factory racing pipe which never failed to make me smile:encouragement: It might have been responsible for perfing both my ear drums too:dizzy:

Dave.
A present day 'Retro Cafe Racer'.
Not quite a Triton but close, the Rickman frame is not that far removed from a period Norton.
And this is one loud bike as well, which bring smiles to many faces.

That's a very well put together bike:encouragement: It looks even more uncomfortable than the 675 too:biggrin-new: Lovely plumbing on the pipes.

Well I spend quite some time on this thing. After I crashed with my last Italian bike, I purchased this one.

Hand built in the Netherlands, full carbon and only 8 kilograms......

Its called "Roadracer".

Nice bike Wombat! That's how I think motorcycles should look.

Cheers,
Huub

And the shifter is on the correct side! I think I'm in lust. Love that engine!! Stock or warmed up?

It's close enough to finished that it's making it's first multiplayer appearance in a couple of hours. A couple of minor touchups and it'll be ready to upload.

Edit: And since this pic was taken, I finally got around to fixing that hideous yellow shirt and white helmet the pilot was wearing.
