photoshop skills needed

anyone out there have photoshop skills? i would like to have some assistance on having some fun at a buddy's expense. he just passed his nursing exam, he was an emt. i have a pic of a sexy (but totally tasteful) nurse and i want to swap out her face for his. if someone was willing to assist i sure would appreciate it. it doesn't have to be a super duper job, just better than i could do with ms paint.

No skills here, but why is photoshop primarily used for translanting male heads onto feminine bodies, and female heads onto the bodies of buffed dudes? Maybe they should start advertising it's 'head-transplanting' capabilities, or have an antire menu just for it.

Actually works just as good in Paintshop Pro .. (which I use,) and I don't get offended when some one says it was "photoshopped" ... cuz I know it wasn't. It was PSP'd. LOL!
