been stuck with a lot of busy work, havn't been able to read the postings for a while, by the way, thanks for the birthday message fellas, sure appreciate it. I wanted to ask, what happened with php2, I did find some of the new scenery. Ive got the original w/ships, but the new won't load right. the ships are on the island.:isadizzy:
 
If I read this right you are using the old Pearl ship placements with the new Pearl.The New Pearl scenery is completely different and you will have to place the ships yourself around Pearl.

Talon where did you get thoes buildings? I sure could have used them when setting up My PHPV2 scenery.
 
Bob they're PHP2 buildings from a few years ago which from what I understand are being upgraded.All are in the GSL scenery.

wow i did not realize there was a Pearl Harbour 2.... i better go look for it, i loaded up the old version.

It's just the Harbor Cris with no structures but it's much better than the stock one.Buildings and ships are still being worked on.

Rgr... no ships yet... because they are all multi-res ships with damage models... no more sink under the waves.

Now just imagine doing that with 30 + ships.
 
where can i find the harbour for download? I can drop in some of Usio's and other ships for now. I would hate to have the Nihon Kaigun come calling and find no one home.
 
thanks found it much appreciated Talon. I tried it but did not get those lovely textures in the lagoon, are those a special set? And I also have tried the older PHP but the ships dont appear for that one either, do they need to be placed as well? I am happy to wait for the new set but i am trying to learn how all this works and need to try to problem solve as i can.

PHP 1 but has the fleet sailed?

i found Stiz's PTO3 pack and it looks much better...but now i have funny green areas..... hmm is this from wrong scenery order?

CrisGer.. if you still continue to have problems setting up the scenery we can schedule some time to do a GoToMeeting and we can get the problem fixed.
 
crash that woudl be wonderful, i have to work today but will try to arrange with you, i really would love to do Pearl right, my cousin Franklin is there.... he was skipper of BB 39 and I have always hoped to see some of what he saw back in a December some years ago.
